Perfect 2lb Filet Mignon

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Trim excess fat off the roast - save for later
  3. Rub roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic. Put in roasting pan
  4. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes @ 450
  5. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for 20 more minutes
  6. Take out, let rest for 5 mins, slice it up. Serve

Morning after steak/egg/potato mix

  1. Smash flat leftover baked potatoes
  2. (optional) dice up some jalapenos
  3. Excessively butter nonstick pan
  4. (optional) Add diced jalapenos to pan
  5. Place flattened leftover baked potatos potato-side-down on buttered pan
  6. Place diced leftover steak in pan with potatoes.
  7. Cook on medium heat until browning occurs on underside of potatoes
  8. Crack 3 eggs into pan with potatoes, steak, and jalepenos. Turn heat to medium-low.
  9. Scramble until it looks perfect. Serve with copius amounts of your favorite hot sauce.

Perfect brussel sprouts

  1. Halve and de-stem your brussel sprouts. Remove any loose leafs and add to nonstick pan
  2. Dice one whole onion finely, add to pan with brussel sprouts and mix.
  3. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, put knob in center of pan.
  4. Mix a generous portion of olive oil in with onions and brussels. Mix to coat.
  5. Add generous portions of salt and pepper with onions and brussels.
  6. Cook on very low heat stirring occasionally for 30-40 minutes. Onions should never go past yellow color. Sprouts should never burn.
