Yummy Chicken and Shrimp Mixed Grill

Seasoning Preparation

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add:
  2. A generous portion of Olive Oil
  3. One lemon, fully reamed / squeezed out
  4. A very generous portion of Red River Ranch Original Seasoning (Or your favorite all purpose seasoning)
  5. A little bit of salt and pepper (small amount)
  6. A little bit of garlic/onion powder)

Chicken and Shrimp

  1. Filet the chicken breasts
  2. Shrimp should be deveined, deshelled
  3. Add the shrimp and chicken breasts to the seasoning mix in the bowl, thoroughly mix and coat
  4. Heat skillets to HOT!!!
  5. Take Chicken breasts out of mixing bowl, set aside for now
  6. Pour shrimp with all of seasoning into large HOT skillet. Cook until lightly browned
  7. Add chicken to HOT grill pan, turn heat down to Medium.
  8. With leftover sauce from Shrimp skillet or mixing bowl continue to coat and flip chicken breast frequently until cooked.
  9. Do not overcook chicken, take off before skin becomes dry
