Seasoning Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl add:
- A generous portion of Olive Oil
- One lemon, fully reamed / squeezed out
- A very generous portion of Red River Ranch Original Seasoning (Or your favorite all purpose seasoning)
- A little bit of salt and pepper (small amount)
- A little bit of garlic/onion powder)
Chicken and Shrimp
- Filet the chicken breasts
- Shrimp should be deveined, deshelled
- Add the shrimp and chicken breasts to the seasoning mix in the bowl, thoroughly mix and coat
- Heat skillets to HOT!!!
- Take Chicken breasts out of mixing bowl, set aside for now
- Pour shrimp with all of seasoning into large HOT skillet. Cook until lightly browned
- Add chicken to HOT grill pan, turn heat down to Medium.
- With leftover sauce from Shrimp skillet or mixing bowl continue to coat and flip chicken breast frequently until cooked.
- Do not overcook chicken, take off before skin becomes dry
